Wickedly funny. Mostly sacred. Entirely human.

Tom Bob? Yes, Tom Bob ... it's the southwest version of Thomas Robert Nedderman. I did quite a bit of growing up in Texas where it seems like everybody's middle name is Bob . . . as in Billy Bob, Joe Bob and me, Tom Bob.
I tend to be pretty intentional in my approach to coaching and counseling while at the same time lighthearted in my style. In fact, I have a pretty wicked sense of humor. And in this day and age, who doesn't need a good laugh! Yet, I’m mostly sacred.
Sessions with me are infused with the power of mindfulness and connection to that intrinsic and intuitive part of ourself that knows that it knows that it knows. You can also bet that I’m entirely human. I’m not afraid to coach and counsel from my vulnerabilities. Like you I have my own foibles and flaws. And like you, I have my share of fabulousness too!
So let me be upfront. I'm not a “quick fix” kind of guy. I'm in it for the long haul. If you want to work with me, you'll need to commit to the journey. And that journey requires grit and
the willingness to keep showing up for yourself. And truth be told, that's all any of us really do anyhow . We just keep showing up one way or the other. Sometimes showing up lookslike pulling the covers up over your head and just sleeping it off and then other days showing up means that you hit the ground running. My commitment to you is to show up WITH you . . . right where you are.
Working together, I can help you uncover the solutions and answers that are already inside of you. And rest assured, those “aha” moments and insightful revelations that we all love to have are absolutely there. The real journey is putting into practice those insights so that you actually have a concrete experience of that shift in consciousness. And, all it takes is a subtle shift in perspective to change the course of your entire life. I can help you do that!

So I urge you to get on board with the journey sooner rather than later. I'm certain that the end result will be a distinct shift from a mindset of lack and limitation to one of possibility and potential. Ready to get started?
