WHAT ARE THE SIGNS? Consider the following:
Do you find yourself eating emotionally and numbing out with food?
Do you consistently over-spend and/or under-earn?
Has your recreational gambling interfered with your ability to meet your financial obligations?
Do you become overwhelmed with fear, insecurity and loss of self in relationships?
Do you suffer from a chronic mindset of lack and limitation, worry, doubt, and anxiety?

Do you feel overly preoccupied with sexual behavior and fantasy or romantic liaisons?
Do you have a strong need to fix, manage and control everything and everyone?

Have you tried unsuccessfully to stop or simply cut back on your use of drugs, alcohol, or other mind altering substances?
